Everything we do here puts our students first. Our mission is to give you the skills and support you need to go on to achieve great things.

These pages outline the Higher Education (HE) courses we offer – these are university-level courses including HNC/Ds, Higher Technical Qualifications (HTQs), bite-size university-level modules called HN Flex, foundation degrees, degrees and Higher and Degree Apprenticeships.

Our undergraduate courses are structured to maximise your development and give you the knowledge you’ll need to progress on to further study or get a job in the industry you choose. Many courses include work placements so you will gain real-life industry experience and have a CV to be proud of when you graduate. Some are delivered as part of the South Yorkshire Institute of Technology (SYIoT) too.

You will be taught in excellent facilities by expert staff who are passionate about their subjects and you will enjoy a great level of contact with tutors throughout your course. Most of our HE courses are taught at our Church Street campus, but we also have campuses throughout the town centre for our Further Education students which HE students can make use of.

You’ll be able to get in touch with tutors when you need to and won’t be just another student in a group of hundreds. Many students say this personal touch is the reason they chose to study here rather than anywhere else.
