Dyslexia Resources
If you have received a diagnosis for dyslexia there are a variety of tools available to help you with your academic studies. Try following the links below.
The University of Nottingham has compiled – Handbook for ‘Examination and revision advice’, which contains useful tips to devise your own approach to exam revision.
All Barnsley College, PCs and laptops have desktop software study aids, and there are now tools on Word and Teams.
The College libraries can provide you with a variety of coloured overlays to facilitate reading documents, and provide printing paper in a variety of colours to suit your preference. If you would like any other help, please discuss this with library staff – we are here to help.
