The horticulture industry is one of the largest in the UK and offers a wide and varied range of job opportunities.
Our horticulture courses are taught at our Wigfield Farm campus, a working farm and visitor attraction in Worsbrough housing over 60 species of animals as well as commercial glass houses, polytunnels and industry standard horticulture equipment. A career in horticulture could mean anything from a hands-on gardener to a research scientist.
You will have the opportunity to take part in day field trips and longer residential stays.
You will cover topics such as conservation, countryside tourism, farm habitats, woodland management and plant husbandry.
