A general interest in cooking, it is suitable for beginners. This course is for people of all ages. Under 15s to be accompanied by a full-paying adult.
There is no qualification with this course.

Guided by our expert chef, you’ll master the techniques to create a show-stopping chocolate dessert that’s as rich in flavour as it is in love.
Whether you’re a seasoned baker or a dessert novice, this hands-on session will teach you how to elevate chocolate and a few simple ingredients into a restaurant style dessert, perfect for sharing on the most romantic day of the year.

Please wear comfortable clothing and sturdy, full-cover shoes. College will provide an apron, ingredients and all other equipment. We would advise you bring along something to take your food home in if you need to.
You may want to do another upcoming catering course.
This course costs £25. There is no funding available for this course, so all learners must pay the full fee.
