There is no assessment for this course.
This course will start on 15 January 2025 and lessons will be every Wednesday between 6pm and 8.30pm for 8 weeks, term-time only.
You will need to have either completed our Photography for Beginners course or have an intermediate level of knowledge in photography and computer literacy. Please view our beginners course if you feel you want an introduction to all things photography and learn new camera skills.
Although no formal qualification will be achieved you will achieve invaluable experience and be awarded with a Barnsley College certificate.
QADFPHOIT2
During your sessions you will work in the studio, outdoors (weather permitted) and classroom covering a selection of the following areas of the photography industry:
The course will cover the overlapping skills and techniques used in the above environments and allow you to further enhance your photography knowledge through practical activities and hands-on learning.
There is no assessment for this course.
If you have a DSLR or Mirrorless camera, please bring it along. A camera will be provided if you do not have your own.
You can use the skills gained to take photographs and could explore further study in photography.
This course costs £200. There is no funding available so all learners must pay this full fee.
