You will gain a Level 4 Higher National Certificate in Construction Management for England (HTQ).
In this Level 4 HTQ, you will grasp basic construction concepts, be skilled in specific subjects and possess relevant skills for key construction areas. Units of study include:
You will gain a wide range of construction knowledge linked to practical skills gained through research, independent study, directed study and workplace scenarios.
You are involved in vocational activities that will help you to develop behaviours (the attitudes and approaches required for competence) and transferable skills such as communication, teamwork, research and analysis, which are highly valued in Higher Education and in the workplace.
By the end of Level 4, you will have sound knowledge of the basic concepts of construction; be competent in a range of subject-specific skills; as well as holding the general skills and qualities relevant to key areas of construction.

You can progress on to the Modern Methods of Construction Higher National Diploma (HND) – (HTQ) qualification.
