This qualification is for those interested in safely working with electric and hybrid vehicles, covering system components, hazards, and risk reduction. It prepares individuals for a career as electricians, focusing on wiring, circuits, and safety.

Simultaneously, a flexible virtual course helps those with a 17th Edition Wiring Regulation qualification to update to the 18th Edition. It offers 12-month access to tutorials and assessments, with a focus on understanding and implementing regulation updates, culminating in a two-hour exam.

This qualification will be assessed through a City and Guilds online exam that is to take place at Barnsley College at a pre-arranged date.

  • On-Site Guide (ISBN 978-1-83953-227-6)

This is an online course, therefore you can study from anywhere.

How much does the course cost?

The course costs £160 and will provide 12 months access the City and Guilds Smart Screen and one exam attempt, any further exam attempts will be chargeable.  This course is Full Fee Payable and as such no financial support is available towards the course fees.
